As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use a computer or tablet to document observations, communicate professionally, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime

• Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sunday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, policy violations, and maintenance-related hazards to appropriate site contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
