Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer – Automotive Interiors
We're looking for a skilled Automotive Interior Components & Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead the development of premium interior parts including hard and soft trim, instrument panels, door trims, consoles, and headliners. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and marketing to create luxury, safe, and ergonomic vehicle interiors. This 100% onsite role is based in Arizona or Michigan and offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in CAD and engineering leadership in a fast-paced environment. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
