Join our team as a Senior Program Manager for a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in exterior trim. This role offers you the chance to lead multiple automotive product development and launch programs, be the primary customer liaison, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget deliveries.
What you'll do:
- Oversee 3-4 simultaneous Tier 1 customer programs
- Lead teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality
- Drive program timing, budgets, and launch readiness
- Manage risk, tooling, and validation activities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
We value:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 5-7 years in Automotive Engineering or Program Management
- Experience with Japanese and domestic OEM launch programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
