Join Our Team as a Senior CAD Designer - Automotive Headlamps

Become a vital part of our engineering and design team specializing in cutting-edge automotive lighting solutions. Utilize your expertise in PTC Creo to lead 3D design and development of innovative headlamp assemblies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and apply your knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and regulatory standards to create outstanding automotive lighting products. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of proven CAD experience in automotive headlamp design, familiarity with Siemens NX, and a passion for precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 3D design using PTC Creo with advanced surfacing and assembly techniques
  • Develop complex plastic, die-cast, and sheet metal headlamp components
  • Ensure designs meet manufacturing and assembly requirements
  • Collaborate across teams to meet development cycles and quality standards

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Siemens NX and PDM/PLM systems
  • Experience with photometric and optical design for headlamps
  • Understanding of automotive lighting regulations
