Automotive Supply Quality Engineer (SQE) - Milwaukee, WI

Join us as a key player in supplier quality for motorcycle components, supporting the entire product lifecycle from new product introduction (NPI) through production and warranty. You'll work hands-on with supplier quality systems, PPAP validations, and early quality issue resolutions. Collaborate closely with senior engineers, plant teams, and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PPAP preparation and submission tracking
  • Conduct capability studies and dimensional validations
  • Participate in design reviews and supplier feedback
  • Investigate non-conformances and coordinate containment actions
  • Log and track field quality issues and warranty data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical experience
  • 3+ years in manufacturing or quality
  • Basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T
  • Comfortable in plant floor environment and supplier engagement
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • U.S. Citizenship required
