Automotive Supply Quality Engineer (SQE) - Milwaukee, WI
Join our team as a Supply Quality Engineer and be pivotal in ensuring top-tier quality for motorcycle components. You'll support suppliers from the new product introduction (NPI) phase through full production, handling PPAP validation, quality issue resolution, and close collaboration with engineers and plant teams. This role requires a proactive approach on the plant floor and frequent supplier visits to uphold quality and safety standards. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist supplier PPAP preparation and tracking
- Support capability studies and dimensional validations
- Participate in design reviews and analyze supplier feedback
- Manage non-conformances and containment activities
- Track field quality and warranty data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years in manufacturing or quality
- Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
