Automotive Supply Quality Engineer (SQE) - Milwaukee, WI
Join our team as an SQE and take a pivotal role in ensuring top-quality motorcycle components from product introduction to production. Collaborate with senior engineers, plant teams, and suppliers while enhancing your skills in PPAP validation, quality systems, and problem-solving. This role offers hands-on experience on the plant floor and supplier interactions, with an opportunity to contribute to the safety and reliability of products.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate supplier PPAP preparation and tracking
- Support initial capability and dimensional studies
- Investigate and manage quality issues during launch and production
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in manufacturing or quality-related roles
- Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- U.S. Citizenship required
