Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store, classroom, and virtual training
- Plan and deliver training solutions to boost product growth
- Support new program launches and onboarding
- Utilize Valvoline Insights & Analytics to increase sales
- Prepare for career development opportunities within Valvoline
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of training experience
- High School Diploma required; BA preferred
- Experience in automotive or heavy-duty market
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and internal tools
