Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical vehicle systems
- Validate products through rigorous testing
- Mentor and support team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years automotive/prototype/testing experience
- Skilled in electrical splicing, soldering, and mechanical layouts
- Strong organizational and data management abilities
Preferred:
- ASE Certification
- Experience with high voltage electrified vehicle systems
- Associate degree in related technical field
