Territory Manager - Dallas/Ft Worth
Join our team to develop and grow the Dallas/Ft Worth territory with PPG's leading Automotive Refinish products. You'll influence customers at multiple levels to meet strategic sales goals while managing distributor relationships and leading sales growth. Enjoy the flexibility of PPG's Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program, offering tax-advantaged vehicle reimbursements. This role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in automotive refinish sales, build strong customer connections, and work collaboratively in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales growth and meet annual targets
- Develop deep customer and market understanding
- Manage distributor sales and training
- Utilize your knowledge of body shop and fleet operations
- Build relationships with dealers and collision centers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in sales growth with consultative selling skills
- Automotive refinish experience preferred
- Willingness to travel (25% overnight)
- Valid driver's license and participation in FAVR program required
