Title Team Manager — Automotive Titles
📍 Location: Seattle, WA | Full-Time | On-site
Lead a dynamic team responsible for managing every step of vehicle title transactions ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Coach and lead a team handling private-party and dealer title transactions.
- Manage the full title lifecycle, including verification, retitling, lien releases, and shipment tracking.
- Resolve complex title issues working directly with DMVs and lenders nationwide.
- Develop SOPs, QA processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve and automate workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive process improvements.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of your team.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in vehicle titles, DMV operations, dealership title or lien services (3+ years).
- Skilled leader with at least 1 year managing teams.
- Strong understanding of multi-state title and DMV regulations.
- Organized, data-driven communicator capable of handling high-volume workflows.
- Proficient with Google Workspace; bonus points for CRM/operations tooling.
