As a Used Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new or used vehicles, including trucks and vans, by providing excellent customer service. Duties include greeting customers, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, preparing sales contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and dependability. You will collaborate with team members across departments and participate in ongoing training and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Physical and Work Environment:
Requires standing, walking, occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds), and ability to work both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions.
