Vehicle Prototype Build Engineer
Lead and manage the development and integration of military vehicle prototypes. Oversee build schedules, coordinate prototype fabrication, and serve as a key liaison between engineering teams and the shop. Drive a cohesive team environment while ensuring verification, problem reporting, and resolution throughout the prototype build process.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading system integration and verification for prototype military vehicles
- Developing and maintaining build and fabrication plans
- Managing hardware procurement and shop coordination
- Directing mechanics based on engineering drawings
- Monitoring BOM maturity and release plans
- Documenting and resolving fabrication and functionality issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Experience with Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, and Oracle Systems preferred
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
