As Vice President of Verification & Validation, you will spearhead the transition to an AI-enabled, model-based continuous validation ecosystem. This critical role involves leveraging digital twins, fleet data, and an end-to-end digital thread to ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and speed from concept to launch.
What you'll do:
- Develop and lead a forward-thinking V&V strategy to shift from traditional document-centric processes.
- Build and manage a high-performing team focusing on software-defined vehicle development.
- Innovate with digital twins, simulation, automated testing, and AI-driven validation methods.
- Collaborate across engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Champion advanced technologies like MBSE, SysML v2, GenAI, and CI/CD validation pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years in automotive engineering with executive leadership in vehicle validation and launch.
- Proven expertise in transforming validation processes with AI, model-based systems, and data-driven approaches.
