Vice President, Verification & Validation Automotive 🚗
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Salary: $280,000 to $340,000 annually

Lead a high-performing team focused on innovation with digital twins, simulation, and AI-driven analytics to ensure safety, compliance, and product excellence from concept to launch. What You'll Do:
- Lead enterprise strategy for advanced vehicle system verification & validation
- Drive adoption of AI and digital twin technologies
- Enhance safety and quality through compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF
- Manage budgets and timelines to deliver vehicle readiness
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years in automotive V&V leadership
- Expertise in software-defined vehicles and electric vehicles
- Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning skills
