This 8-week hands-on program within an Automotive Branch offers participants a comprehensive learning experience with insights into sales strategies, customer engagement, finance, and business planning. Participants will network across various departments including Marketing, Operations, and R&D, setting a solid foundation for a successful management career. Post-training, participants may transition into an Assistant Branch Manager role. Relocation opportunities are available across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, and Delaware, aiming to train aspiring leaders ready to take on the automotive industry's challenges.
