Position Overview As an Automotive Technical Advisor, you will serve as a direct bridge between dealerships and OEMs, focusing on key performance improvements like reducing buybacks and ensuring first-visit issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and consultation to dealer service teams and customers.
• Drive service performance improvements and customer loyalty.
• Troubleshoot unresolved issues and enhance repair shop processes.
• Represent OEMs as a subject expert in litigation/buyback scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Certification as a Master Technician or equivalent automotive experience.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
