Automotive Business Development Center Representative

Our growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Sales BDC Representative to connect with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, schedule showroom appointments, and support our Sales Department.

About the role

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers via phone, text, email, and chat to answer questions and provide vehicle information.
• Respond promptly to internet leads and sales inquiries.
• Follow up with prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and update lead/customer records in the dealership CRM.
• Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and follow-up activities.
• Work with sales consultants to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous BDC, customer service, sales, or dealership experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service.
