Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Columbus Airport

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16.00 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek and is located at COLUMBUS AIRPORT - 2080 Airport Rd, Columbus, MS 39701.

• Sunday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Wednesday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Thursday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm-8:00pm

Responsibilities

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior (cars, vans, trucks)
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights and damage; pull vehicle out of prep if necessary
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools (carpet shampoo machines, air purifiers) to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches
• Help maintain site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance duties include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, and miscellaneous daily cleaning tasks

Additional Responsibilities:

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No more than 1 excessive speeding violation (26+ mph over limit) in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past five years
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from location
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
