Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Las Vegas Airport

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. We have a variety of open full-time schedules available!

This position pays $14 / hour + performance incentives and is located at 7135 Gilespie Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

This is a Union position. Schedule based on a shift bid. Must have open availability (must be available to work 40 hours/week, flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends).

From trucks to vans to cars of all sizes, the Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge to ensure that all vehicles rented from the branch are safe and clean.

Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars of various sizes, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing and sanitization supplies are available
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to/from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exterior branch locations
• Perform site appearance tasks such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other related daily cleanliness duties
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to work any shift/hours determined on a shift bid, including nights and weekends
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience working outdoors
