Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Richmond Heights

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer at 760 Richmond Rd Richmond Heights, OH 44143.

About the role

• Full-time position paying $16 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek.
• Schedule:
  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Tuesday: OFF
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Sunday: OFF

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage.
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found.
• Verify registration is current and matches license plate.
• Check and add fluid levels as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any warning lights or damages.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers.
• Assist customers when needed, including transportation to/from branches.
• Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors, exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and parking lot tasks.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
