Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17 / hr, and is located at Colorado Springs Airport: 7770 MILTON E. PROBY PARKWAY, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80916.

Available schedules:

• Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:30am-2:00pm (OFF Wednesday & Thursday)
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30pm-12:00am (OFF Saturday & Sunday)
• Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:00am-4:00pm (OFF Monday & Tuesday)
• Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:30am-1:00pm (OFF Tuesday & Wednesday)
• Sunday 5:30am-1:00pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm (OFF Tuesday & Wednesday)

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report issues and pull vehicle out of prep process if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, may transport customers to/from branch
• Help maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior cleaning of branch
• Other site appearance tasks: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other daily cleaning tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past five years (DWI/DUI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
