Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as full time Automotive Detailers. This position pays $20 per hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) based on a 40 hour work week. This position is located at 260 Milton Street Dedham, MA 02026.

Schedule

Must be available 40 hours/week, including Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays. The branch is open the following hours - Sunday/Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Availability must fit within these times.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest cleanliness standards in the industry.
• Lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights.
• Inspect windshield for damage.
• Factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
