Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer.

About the role

The starting rate of pay is $15 / hour and is located at 607 S FRIENDSWOOD DR., FRIENDSWOOD, TX 77546.

Schedule available is:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 9:30am-6:30pm
• Tuesday: 9:30am-6:30pm
• Wednesday: 9:30am-6:30pm
• Thursday: 9:30am-6:30pm*
• Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm (alternating each week, with a half day off on Thursday*)

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior (cars, vans, trucks)
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle damage
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance includes desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other cleanliness tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years (1 must fall off within 12 months of employment)
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• At least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience in the last 5 years
• Willing to accept $15.00/hour
• Must live within a 15 mile radius from the address above
