Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Automotive Detailers. This position pays $16 per hour and will report to 2740 MAIN ST NW STE 102 COON RAPIDS, MN 55448. We have multiple part-time and full-time schedules available!

As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage
• Pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
• Site appearance responsibilities include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous cleanliness tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have valid driver’s license
• A drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you
• More than 2 moving violations on driving record in last 3 years will disqualify you
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future
