Seasonal Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - RDU Airport

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as a Seasonal Automotive Detailer. This position pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 / hour and is located at RDU Airport - 1001 Rental Car Drive Morrisville, NC 27623. This is a seasonal position and cannot exceed 180 days of service. Multiple Full and Part Time schedules are available.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors; vehicles include cars, trucks, and vans
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and damage; pull vehicles out of process if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting to and from branch locations
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance tasks include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other related daily cleanliness tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must live within 45 minutes of RDU airport
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days during a defined season
