Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17 / hour and is located at the Moline Airport 2200 69TH AVE MOLINE, IL 61265-8317.

Schedule available is (1 hour lunches):

• Sunday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Monday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Tuesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Wednesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Responsibilities

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior (cars, vans, trucks)
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items; place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels; add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights or damage
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers as needed, including transporting customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance: cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance duties include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms; vacuuming and sweeping lot; other cleanliness tasks

Additional Responsibilities:

• Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship from the company for this position now or in the future
