Automotive Detailer

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Detailer to clean and restore the interior and exterior of vehicles. You must have prior detailer experience and new car dealer experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Exterior detailing: Wash and degrease vehicles; use a clay bar to remove contaminants; wet sand and buff scratches or defects; and polish the vehicle's paint. Clean the engine compartment, door jambs, wheels, trim, and glass to restore shine.
• Interior detailing: Vacuum carpets and upholstery; spot clean and shampoo seats, dashboards, door panels, and headliner upholstery. Disinfect and deodorize interior odors.
• Protective treatments: Apply protective agents like ceramic coatings or other sealants to prevent future damage to paint and upholstery.
• Tool and supply management: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, buffers, polishers, or steamers. Secure the inventory of detailing products and tools.

Requirements

• Attention to detail in cleaning and restoring vehicles.
• Ability to perform extended periods standing, bending, and reaching.
• Knowledge of using cleaning tools and products.
• Punctuality and a good work ethic.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in both interior and exterior detailing.
• Prior detailer experience and new car dealer experience are required to be considered.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 - 5:00 with an hour lunch break.

• Pay range for this position: $20.00-$25.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
