Automotive F&I Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Markowitz Agency is a fast-growing nationwide provider of Finance & Insurance products to automobile, powersport and RV dealerships. The agency is searching for talented, experienced automotive professionals to join its team as Regional Sales Managers.

The 1099 commission structure is described as the leading compensation in the industry, with top performers earning over $500,000+ per year. This is a 100% commission, sub-contractor, 1099, entrepreneurial opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and maintain new automobile, powersports and RV dealership accounts.
• Develop and improve F&I product sales by working directly with owners, Finance Managers, GMs and other decision makers.
• Conduct sales presentations and provide training and support to dealerships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills; ability to overcome objections.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in dealership management, automotive warranty sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), or marketing experience in the industry.
• Ability to travel to accounts within the assigned region.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• 5 - 10 years of experience.
