Automotive Finance CSR

Bring your experience as a finance and loans representative to a luxury brand automotive company. As part of a global service provider, you will manage automotive finance accounts, resolve complex customer inquiries, coordinate with underwriting and funding teams, and deliver a concierge-level customer experience that reflects the standards of a luxury automotive brand while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

About the role

We are a locally-owned and operated staffing agency specializing in transportation, logistics, administrative/clerical, customer service, call centre, and bilingual staff for office and industrial environments. Our main focus is on direct hire and long-term temporary solutions. We have multiple branches across Canada, located in Ontario (Hamilton, Toronto, North York, Mississauga, London, Brampton, Burlington, Milton, Stratford and Woodstock) and British Columbia (New Westminster).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level customer experience.
• Assist with lease and loan servicing, including payments, payoffs, account maintenance, lease-end options, contract updates, and documentation requests.
• Clearly explain financing products, lease terms, payment options, and account services.
• Support customers throughout the financing process by collecting documentation, providing status updates, and coordinating with underwriting and credit teams.
• Act as the primary contact between customers, dealerships, financial partners, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalations.
• Support vehicle funding, delivery, and lease-end activities while promoting customer retention.
• Research and resolve complex account issues while meeting service and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lending regulations, privacy requirements, and company policies.
• Build strong relationships through responsive, solution-focused service.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service within financial services, banking, lending, luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or a high-end automotive environment.
• Experience supporting automotive finance, lending, dealerships, or luxury brands preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage complex customer inquiries & maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or customer servicing platforms.
