About the role
Haggerty Auto Group is seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide leadership across its Variable and Fixed Operations. This senior role partners directly with ownership to set strategy, improve profitability, and drive performance across the Villa Park, Glen Ellyn, and West Chicago dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across Variable and Fixed Operations.
- Partner directly with ownership to set strategy, improve profitability, and drive performance across the Villa Park, Glen Ellyn, and West Chicago dealerships.
- Take a hands-on approach to building department leaders.
Requirements
- Extensive automotive dealership operations experience.
- Strong P&L acumen.
