  • Apply principles of pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and credit policies to optimize operations.
  • Prepare stock orders and complete all related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process manufacturer-approved returns in accordance with policy guidelines.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs to support profitability.
  • Oversee the complete parts sales cycle from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Navigate and interpret the parts catalog to identify correct components and support staff inquiries.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with both employees and customers.
  • Provide timely updates on part status and availability.
  • Answer incoming calls, generate price quotes, and share detailed product information.
  • Audit body shop estimates to ensure accuracy in parts selection and pricing alignment.
  • Deliver top-tier service to both internal departments and external customers.
  • Manage inventory through consistent bin checks and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Lead the parts team and collaborate closely with the service department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Source unavailable parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders when required.
  • Ensure all internal service requests are properly billed on repair orders.
  • Process retail customer payments and verify credit authorizations when necessary.
