Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

DNX Motors is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude. You will help customers find vehicles that fit their needs while supporting the dealership's sales team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present vehicles, explain features accurately, and assist with test drives.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and follow up consistently with interested customers.
• Keep accurate customer notes, appointments, and follow-up tasks in the dealership CRM.
• Work closely with sales teammates, management, and finance to support the buying process.
• Learn our inventory and sales process, apply coaching, and work toward individual and team goals.
• Stay productive, follow through on commitments, and represent DNX Motors professionally.
