• Base pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 / Year
• Employee type: FT Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dealership’s representative in all activities connected with the sales of new and used vehicles and related products and services.
• Ensure an extraordinary client experience while building relationships and contributing to dealership sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts, and emails promptly.
• Make outbound phone calls, texts, and follow up on internet leads to meet activity goals set by management.
• Assist in ensuring manufacturer/supplier programs, warranties, and related requirements are followed and that required records are maintained.
• Use and maintain accurate records, files, forms, and Dealer Management Systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years automotive sales experience.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record (or minimal violations) and ability to pass a background check.
• Automotive sales: 2 years (Required).
• Spanish (Preferred).
• Driver's License (Required).
• Ability to Commute: Indianapolis, IN 46219 (Preferred).
