What You'll Do:
- Close car deals consistently
- Handle financing, insurance, and add-on products
- Collaborate with sales team to hit goals
- Ensure policy and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Proven auto sales and F&I management experience
- Strong financing, leasing, and insurance knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Spanish and/or Polish speaker a plus!
