Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve issues calmly and escalate when needed
• Track call information for audits
• Meet/exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Windows and typing 25+ wpm
