• Established, high-volume shop generating $500K–$650K monthly revenue
• Strong performance metrics

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Competitive base salary + commission; based on monthly GP percentage
• Total compensation: 6 figure plus potential

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, half-crew Saturday rotation (team-balanced approach)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build strong, long-term relationships
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate recommended services clearly
• Present estimates and close sales with confidence and integrity
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Maintain high ARO and production standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and clients simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a high level of accountability
• Dealership or high-volume shop experience is a plus
