Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, ask the right questions, and understand their vehicle concerns.
• Present technician findings and explain repair and maintenance recommendations clearly.
• Build accurate estimates, communicate value, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Prioritize recommendations around vehicle condition and customer needs.
• Manage repair orders, customer updates, and follow-up throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and deliver a quality customer experience.
• Pursue sales goals while protecting customer trust and building repeat business.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.

Requirements

• Proven automotive Service Advisor or service writing experience.
• Strong sales results and the ability to close with confidence.
• Working knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• A competitive mindset paired with a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to embrace training, coaching, and established processes.
• A desire to grow professionally and take ownership of your results.

• Full-time with 10-hour shifts and a five-day workweek.

Compensation

$100,000–$155,000 per year base salary plus performance bonus.
