About the role

Compensation includes Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour and base pay up to $20.00/hr. *The pay listed may vary based on experience. Compensation decisions take into account training, experience, work location, travel requirements, and external market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive services timely and efficiently with quality customer service.
• Trained to achieve Level I status.
• Assist customers in a customer service and sales-focused environment.
• Use computers to determine product inventory levels and arrival dates.
• Use computers and VAST system to set up work orders, schedule service work, and communicate with service department.
• Explain work orders and invoices to customers.
• Perform Retail Cashier Duties by processing customer payments.
• Install batteries, balance wheels, repair and install tires when required.
• Perform oil changes using LOF procedures when required.
• Comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Interpret vehicle inspection results and provide appropriate service recommendations.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior auto repair experience preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
