Responsibilities

• Help customers achieve their automotive needs.
• Assist customers in finding vehicles and products that satisfy their requests and needs. Act with integrity and respect for customers, co-workers and managers.
• Use consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives.
• Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Ability to relocate: Mineral Wells Tx,.1: Relocate before starting work (Required).
• Work location: In person.
