District Manager, Automotive Repair Service

The District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store, and communicating and enforcing customer policies with managers and team members. The role ensures quality consistency across the district and increases sales and profitability in the area.

• Reports to: Market Leader
• Compensation: 100K - $120K plus DM Bonus
• Location: Palatka, FL — field position, traveling between approximately 8-10 locations
• Requires retail management experience in the automotive aftermarket industry

Requirements

• Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
• Previous experience managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; knowledge of business development and strategy implementation
• Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required
• Possess valid California driver’s license
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
