District Manager, Automotive Repair Service

About the role

District Manager, Automotive Service & Repair, (Gainesville, Jacksonville & Palatka areas). Reports to Market Leader.

Compensation: 100K - $120K plus DM Bonus.

Requires Retail management experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Our District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies to managers and team members. Ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their area.

Location: Palatka, FL - field position, traveling between approximately 8-10 locations

Requirements

• Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
• Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge
• Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required
• Possess valid California driver’s license
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
