Autos of Chicago, a bustling dealership with over 500 vehicles in inventory located in Arlington Heights, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Secure financing for retail automotive deals
- Present and sell finance and insurance products like VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel
- Collaborate with multiple banks and lenders
- Ensure accurate and compliant paperwork
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Achieve backend product sales targets
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Work closely with sales managers to expedite deals
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of Automotive F&I experience
- Strong knowledge of lender programs
- Proven product penetration and profitability record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented compliance focus
