Role Overview
The Partner Account Manager at HERE Technologies drives revenue growth and strategic partner engagement within the automotive ecosystem including SDV, digital cockpit, ADAS, and AI-driven platforms. This role blends account management and partnership development, collaborating closely with OEM sales and cross-functional teams to expand HERE's presence in partner-led OEM programs and deliver scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage system vendor, Tier 1, and platform partner accounts as primary commercial contact.
- Develop and execute partnership plans aligned with OEM priorities.
- Build strong relationships across partner organizations.
- Identify and close partner-driven opportunities across multiple engagement models.
- Collaborate on joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and execute deals.
- Maintain structured account plans and provide leadership updates.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience in automotive technology, partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Proven success managing strategic partner accounts in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of automotive value chain and ecosystem.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
