Responsibilities
Depending on your position, responsibilities may include:
- Perform basic automotive assembly and production work
- Complete quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Operate a forklift safely and follow all required protocols for forklift positions
Requirements
- Candidates must have open availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
- 10–12 hour shifts
- 5–6 day workweeks
- Overtime may be required
- No previous manufacturing experience required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Must meet the worksite’s nicotine-free hiring requirement
Benefits
- Production & Assembly: $17.25–$17.65/hour
- Forklift Operators: Additional $1.50/hour
- Referral and attendance bonuses available
