Production Associate

Adecco is hiring Production Associates for the 1st shift in Pittsfield, NH. This is a full-time manufacturing job with weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to get hired permanently. Adecco is hiring Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturer in Pittsfield, NH. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training is provided.

About the role

• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Perform light assembly and product preparation.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Support general manufacturing and production operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer or tablet skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to assist with team lifts up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
