Regional Performance Marketing Manager
Join Kunes Auto & RV Group as a Regional Performance Marketing Manager overseeing digital and retail marketing across multiple dealership locations. This role focuses on paid digital media, lead generation, marketing analytics, and ROI. Work closely with dealership leadership and marketing teams to deliver measurable results. Ideal candidates have automotive or multi-location retail marketing experience and strong analytical skills. This remote role requires travel across Springfield, IL, Madison, WI, and other nearby markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor digital campaigns including paid search and social media
- Analyze marketing KPIs and recommend optimizations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI
- Partner with General Managers and sales leaders
- Ensure OEM co-op compliance
- Manage agencies and vendor performance
- Oversee reputation and social media compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years in performance or digital marketing
- Experience with Google Ads, paid social, and analytics
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Automotive dealership marketing preferred
