Role Overview

We seek a senior "Developer-Hacker" skilled in low-level vehicle systems and high-level cloud development, acting as a systems architect designing cloud features interacting with vehicle modules. Responsibilities include binary reverse engineering, protocol troubleshooting (UDS, J1939), CAN traffic analysis, and firmware collaboration.

Key Skills

  • 7+ years in automotive software engineering, aftermarket focus
  • Expertise with Ford, GM, Stellantis, Polaris diagnostic protocols
  • Strong knowledge of CAN bus, diagnostic standards, hardware interfaces
  • Proficiency in ECU firmware formats and checksum calculations
  • US-based candidates for real-time collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
