Job Description

Build strong customer relationships. Deliver solutions. Share in our success.

About the role

SRC Automotive, Inc. is a leader in remanufacturing engines for the automotive, marine, natural gas, oil, and power systems industries. As an employee-owned company, we give our associates the knowledge, voice, and financial stake to think and act like owners.

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers. This role combines account management, customer service, and business development—building lasting relationships, coordinating customer needs across our organization, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident navigating customer conversations. You can work through challenges, balance customer expectations with business needs, and follow through on commitments.

At SRC, understanding the business is part of everyone’s job. Through our open-book management system, The Great Game of Business, employee-owners learn how the company operates, how their decisions affect financial performance, and how they can contribute to our shared success.

We value teammates who take initiative, honor their commitments, share ideas, and help others succeed.
