About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join its team as a full-time Seasonal Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek.

This is a seasonal position located at 571 Airport Pulling Rd N Naples, FL 34104. This is a seasonal position with flexible start dates between December-January. This position can not exceed 150 days.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet the company's high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors. This might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect the windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicles out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of the interiors and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work a seasonal position for no longer than 150 days.
• Cannot have held another position, regular or seasonal, with Enterprise Mobility or any of its brands in the past 13 weeks.
